HIP HOP FLYER DESIGN : 360 DEGREES OF ELEVATION
We were invited to produce a flyer design to promote Ruff-Kneck
records hip hop event featuring 360 Degrees of Elevation at
The Capitol Theatre, Washington, USA.

FLYER DESIGN
For the flyer design, we collected a wide selection of photographic
material and objects related to 360 degrees of motion and
elevation for inspiration, eventually settling upon a plasma
ball which formed our starting point for the flyer, set infront
of a 360 degree naviational plotter. This was further embelished
with distorted sections of a long-exposure ferris wheel photograph,
wrapped around the plasma ball to indicate the motions of
electrons orbiting an attom. Finally an eye was added to the
center of the plasma ball and colour filtering was used to
acheive the overall effect you see to the right.
